Yes — every product comes from the official distributor with the brand warranty.

Do you install?

ACs and wall-mounted TVs are installed free inside Dhaka. Extra pipe or brackets are charged at cost.

Can I return a product?

If it is faulty on arrival, we replace it within 7 days.
